Property Policies
Payments – Prepayment will be taken on confirmation of booking or at manager's discretion.
- No refund if you cancel less than 3 days (72 hours) before check-in date.
- All cancellations subject to manager's discretion.
- 50% refund if you cancel 30 days before check-in date.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in date.

Smoking: We do not permit smoking in our guest rooms. There are designated areas around the grounds where smoking is permitted and we ask that you dispose of your butts thoughtfully. A sanitation fee of a nights accommodation will be charged if smoking has occurred in the room. The fee will be charged to your credit card.
Onsite Parking: Parking is provided on site, please discuss any irregular vehicle requirements you may have when making your booking to ensure we can accommodate your vehicle.
Noise: For the comfort of other guests we have strict no noise policy after 9pm.
No Party Policy: This policy is designed to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their time with us and not be inconvenienced through noise and action of others. Any guest failing to comply with this may be asked to leave without refund.
Pets and Animals: We are unable to accommodate any pets or animals (with the exception of registered guide dogs for the sight or hearing impaired).
Special Assistance: We aim to do our best to accommodate guests with a disability. We have limited wheelchair access to rooms. Most common areas of the motel are accessible by wheelchair. Should you require special assistance, please discuss when booking so we can assess you will be comfortable and we can accommodate you.
Communication & Privacy: Your personal information will be recorded and used by only authorised persons who are required to keep your information private. We will never use retained information for any other purpose nor provide it to any other party without your prior permission, except where legally obliged to.
